Hi, I’m Nutmeg—a 9-month-old tan American Staffordshire Terrier type dog weighing just under 28 pounds. I’m a shy girl at first, but if you’ve got the right treat, I’ll melt right into your heart. I’m easy to leash and walk well, especially once I feel comfortable. I’ve met a few dogs here at the shelter, but I seem to feel most at ease as the only pup in the home, so I’ll need a meet and greet with any future furry siblings. I may be a little reserved at first, but I’m sweet as pie and just waiting for someone patient and kind to help me feel safe and loved.
