Hello there! My name is Sir, and I like to think I live up to it. I’m a 6-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier with a calm spirit, a gentleman’s heart, and a soft spot for people. Life hasn’t been easy lately. I came to the shelter as a stray, and while everyone here has been kind, I’m a little nervous in all this noise and commotion. What I really want is a quiet home where I can feel safe, loved, and seen. I walk well on a leash (they say I’m quite polite!), and I love getting attention from humans. I’d likely do best as your only dog—I’ve been through a lot, and I’m ready to soak up all the love for myself. At 53 pounds, I’m the perfect size for couch cuddles, neighborhood strolls, and loyal companionship. If you’re looking for a gentle soul who just needs a chance to shine, I’d love to meet you.
